Carreraecommerce and Netstar BPO established strategic business relationship

Carreraecommerce Company and Netstar BPO Pvt Ltd have announced today that the companies have established a multi year strategic relationship. As a first step, Carreraecommerce which has been outsourcing many of its clients to Netstar BPO that include several fortune 500 companies for Live chat support for a extended period of time will consolidate an additional 50 clients to Netstar BPO immediately. Rene Jimenez CEO of Carreraecommerce said that Netstar has been providing excellent 24×7 multicultural chat support for our clients, they are a trusted vendor and it made sense to formalize a longer term agreement so we can provide better services to our clients.

We are growing rapidly in this area and feel that providing clients with 24×7 chat support will enhance their user experience on the internet. Carreraecommerce has its offices in Miami, NY, Russia and India. Netstar and Carreraecommerce have signed a multi million dollar long term agreement.

NETSTAR says that, we have had a good working relationship with Carreraecommerce and this transaction only solidities our relationship better.
